Mystic Tan - Sunless Tanning

The Mystic Tan™ is designed to deliver a customized sunless tanning application to each customer based on their body size, skin type, and desired color. There are three tanning level options available to produce the optimal tanning results for each individual customer.

The Mystic Tan™ booth is a full-body, DHA tanning process that utilizes "MagneTan" technology, a revolutionary process that allows the booth to apply a uniform amount of tanning solution to all parts of the body. When the special Mystic Tan™ solution passes through the booth's nozzles, the particles of solution are polarized, taking on the characteristics tiny magnets. MagneTan technology then uses the body's own magnetic properties to attract the solution particles to all surfaces of the skin.

Inside the Mystic Tan™ room the tanner simply disrobes and enters the booth. With the push of a button the session begins with a fine mist of Aloe Vera enriched Sunless-Tanning Solution being sprayed through the proprietary patented MagneTan nozzles.

When the tanning process is finished, the customer simply steps out of the booth, towel-off any excess mist, dresses, and exits. The result is a uniform, natural-looking tan in 60 seconds!

Mystic Tan can be used by anyone. You can use Mystic today and be Tan tomorrow for events such as weddings, parties, trips and special occasions. It's not a suntan... Mystic Tan™ does not provide protection from the sun's rays and is strictly a cosmetic tan only. Mystic Tan™ sessions are great when used AFTER a traditional sunbed session to rehydrate and re-moisturize the skin. Mystic Tan™ will also help to tan your sides and pressure point areas a sunbed can miss. Airbrush Tanning System

Stand-Up Tanning Beds

In a stand up bed you can move more freely, for example you can raise your arms. This gives you a more even tan all over. The lamps are also different; they have a special reflector that helps to spread all rays more evenly. So the claim that stand up beds produce better quality tan is definitely true.

Another benefit of stand up tanning beds that comes down to getting even tan is that there is no pressure points. This is different from person to person, but many people get less intense tan on the arias that touch the bed (in traditional style beds). Since in a vertical bed there is no pressure point the problem is illuminated all together.

Stand up beds use stronger bulbs. A bulb in a traditional tanning bed is about 100 watt, while standing up tanning beds use bulbs in the range of 160 watt. This gives you stronger tan for the same length session. As a result sessions in a stand up bed are shorter, which saves you time.

For many people hygiene is the main reason. In a stand up bed you don't have to touch the same surface that other tanners were touching. So people feel that this type of tanning beds is more sanitary. Actually, touching the surface of tanning bed doesn't matter. our tanning beds use very strong bulbs and UV light from them kills most bacteria.

High pressure tanning is a modern tanning technology. High pressure tanning beds provide the ultimate tanning experience for all skin types. High pressure tanning beds produce ultraviolet A which is the main tanning light ray. High pressure tanning beds do not utilize the harmful UVB rays. Most high pressure tanning beds have ultraviolet filtering system, which blocks UVB rays almost totally.

Another major feature that makes high pressure tanning beds more attractive is the lesser amount of time required to establish and maintain a good base tan.

Usually high pressure tanning beds take only 3 to 5 sessions for establishing a base tan. If you are using a high pressure tanning bed, there is no need of tanning twice a week. Tanning is needed only two or three times a month. Most high pressure beds available are 180 degree high pressure beds.
